Importing invoices ona daily basis

Is it possible to set up a recurring mapping for importing invoices that have been exported from third party software to an Excel file?  I need to import the Excel file on a daily basis, but don't want to have go through setting up the mapping each time.

Hi Sue B3, thanks for joining the Community - this is not something that QuickBooks supports as there are several third-party applications - we'd recommend checking with the 3rd party if it's possible to edit the format before exporting. 🙇‍♀️

Do you need to export the same invoice data that you import from 3rd party app to XLS? What's the name of the 3rd party app you have?

The third party is bespoke software that we have created ourselves from Access. Invoices are created and sent within it.   We then export from there to an excel file with all the invoice details to import into QB. This needs to be done on a daily basis.
