In Bank Transactions, when entering split debits on my credit card how do I record a refund to the credit card to match the transactions? Thanks

Welcome to the Community page, 

If you have paid by credit card and then been refunded, you can just do a credit card credit then, you should be able to match it to the banking feed. 

So if you go to +new select credit card credit fill in the details, save and then go to banking page to then match it up. That is all you need to do.
