Question

In the last couple of weeks none of my customers can open the invoice to view my bank details so they can make a payment? It worked fine before and now nothing??

Hello there, seanoades-hotmai.

 

I'm here to make sure your customer can open the invoice.

 

I suggest telling your customers to access the View invoice link via a private browser, This is o determine if this has something to do with your browser's cache.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:

 

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If it works in incognito, your customer needs to clear the cache of their regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. Otherwise, they can use another supported browser as an alternative.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Support Team to have this better checked. They have more tools to investigate the cause of the issue.
