In the mobile app, in there a way of seeing old invoices?Under some clients, the invoices are not all shown.

Hello, @awatson3. I'm here to help you find the old invoices using QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

Yes, you can view your old invoices using the app by going to the FILTER BY STATUS section and ensure to set the status to ALL. You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account and tap the menu.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Click the Filter by status icon.
  4. From the FILTER BY STATUS section, select ALL.


If the same thing happens, let's troubleshoot your mobile app to enhance its performance and access all features. This will also help us narrow down what's causing the old invoices not to appear. 

 

First, let's clear the app data to free up storage space. Here's how:

For Android

 

  1. Navigate to Settings and select Apps.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Select Storage and clear data.

 

For iOS
 

  1. Navigate to Settings and tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose QuickBooks Online app and tap Offload App

 If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure fresh installation for improved performance.
