Question

In the QB Android app, receipts that I attached via QB online on my windows PC are not showing, making me believe that they have not attached, when in fact they have?

It's great to have you in the Community today.

I recognize the urgency of this matter, and I want to ensure you can get through this so you can view your receipts inside the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile.

Let's rule out the possibility of having issues with the application itself. You'll want to clear the mobile app's data. This way, you can access the app with a clean slate and proceed to manage your transaction receipts. I'll input the steps below to get you going:

For Android users, here's how:

  1. In your phone, go to Settings.
  2. Select the QuickBooks Online application.
  3. Click the Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.

For iOS users, these are the steps:

  1. In your phone, go to Settings.
  2. Click on General, and then choose iPhone Storage.
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and then reinstall the app. The one you're using is corrupted. Also, please ensure you're running the latest version.

Please let me know how it goes. I'll be here, ready to provide further assistance if you need me. Stay safe, and have a nice day!
