INACCURATE NUMBERS EVERY MONTH FOR ETSY
I live in the UK and run my small business on Etsy. I have my bank and Etsy linked to Quickbooks Self Employed and ever since I signed up a few months ago, the numbers on QB never match my Etsy numbers.
I have tried to 'speak to a human' through the QB live chat multiple times, and the agent leaves the chat without actually helping me each time.
I originally signed up to QB to save me time and to make things easier but so far, this has not been the case. If the numbers on QB are never accurate, I can't justify paying for QB each month. I can't seem to email anyone so I'm not really sure what to do now?
