Hello Madautocareltd, Thanks for reaching out about invoice items not showing currently upon sending the invoice. It sounds like the rows are collapsing into one item. Can we check if you delete the invoice and create as if a brand-new invoice does it do the same thing?
If so, can you check in the settings cog in the top right>custom form styles>edit on the default template>content>select the middle part of the preview>show more activity options>is group activity or collapse rows ticked? If so, can you try unticking them and saving the change>exit out of custom form styles and go back to the invoice and test if it shows the same way?
If you get the same thing if you can try in a private/incognito browsing window in case, it is a cache issue and let us know how you get on. Thanks
