Hi, We are invoicing monthly for expenses and we are attaching receipts to the invoices which are stored in Quickbooks. Our robes is the 20mb limit for attachments , receipts etc easily go over this limit and this makes the invoices very difficult to send- we have to send the same invoice multiple times with individual attachments , or create an invoice for each expense. Is there any way round this, can Quickbooks not alllow an increase in this 20 mb limit ?

I can relate to the challenge of dealing with the 20MB restriction, especially when handling larger files, such as attaching receipts to your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), XSPP.

Currently, QBO has a limit of 20MB for attachments to transactions, and there's no option to increase this limit at the moment. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us and can truly make a difference. While the feature you're looking for isn't available now, I encourage you to reach out to our Product Development Team with your suggestions. They love hearing from users like you, and your input helps us improve the program.

To submit feedback, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
