Question

Invoice delivery fault despite correct email for customer. Has anyone experienced this issue? I've had this with different customers and I suspect the issue is with QB?

I'd like to share some details about this invoice delivery issue you're experiencing in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 
May I know what you mean by invoice delivery fault? Did your customer fail to receive the invoice despite using the correct email? If so, this is a reported issue.
