Invoice not being received by clients when sent through QuickBooks

Sometimes they receive and sometimes not, I have tested by including my email which also doesn’t receive invoice.

We recognize the frustration of not being able to use this task as anticipated and the importance of resolving this as soon as possible.

 

We have an ongoing issue with outgoing emails, like invoices, being blocked or marked as spam by recipients in QuickBooks. Rest assured that our engineers are working on a solution.

 

For now, I suggest contacting our support team to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified when a fix is available. Kindly check our support hours to get in touch to us at a time that works well for you.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the communityStart a chat or Get a callback.
