Invoice templates

Hi

 

Every invoice template that I create has the letters ES just before the post code - they still appear on the template when I have deleted all other information. It makes no difference which template I use.

 

Any ideas?

Hello there, SimonTap,

 

Local postcodes are added once you enter the information in QuickBooks Online. However, if this is incorrect, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online support. They'll be able to check on your account and see what's causing the error. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help button.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. If you can't see the Contact us button, type in a short description in the search bar.
  4. Click Start messaging or Get a callback.

Also, you'll want to use this postcode finder to search for your address, https://www.postoffice.co.uk/postcode-finder. There are times when the system only acknowledge some address details that matches with your postcode.
