Hello All. I have a particular business customer that requires me to invoice the customer C/o their office . So in this particular case the address will always stay the same but the customers name will change. I am new to this and can’t find a way to just change the name. I am having to type in the office details every time. Which is a pain when doing ten jobs a day for this company who want a separate invoice for every job

It's good to see you in the Community forum, shaunhiggs.

I would like to make sure that you'll be getting the right information about your concern.

I can see that you want to send the same details to a different customer's name every time you send it to them. However, we're unable to do it in QuickBooks Online. I got your point and see how ideal it is. We can look for a third-party app that can help us sending the same information like the invoice address to a different customer.

Within your book, you can explore and find an app to use and integrate it with your QuickBooks account. I've got a few steps on where you can find them:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Apps on the left panel.
  3. In the Finds Apps tab, explore apps to be used in handling this situation. Another way is to go directly in this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/

In the Online product, we can create a recurring invoice. It saves all the information and can be used anytime. However, it's only good for one customer, and changing it to another name won't do anything. You may want to explore this article for more information: Creating a recurring invoice and managing recurring transactions
