Question

Invoices are not sending from phone App or from web browser. All email addresses are correct and I'm online.

Hello kate-hulme,

 

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

 

The first step we ask customers to try is to get their customers (and yourself if you CC yourself into the invoice emails) to add our email address to their safe senders list. The addresses you need to add are (including the asterisks) *@intuit.com* and *@QuickBooks.* - this will make sure any emails we send go directly to your inbox, and aren't deleted as junk.
