Invoices - Changing date of being paid

Hi,

I added in some old invoices to give to a client from 05 April 23 until now. I pressed "Mark as Paid" but its shown its all paid on todays date. I have tried to change it to the date I actually was paid, but I cannot find out how. Can anyone help me please?

Hello CoreMediaDesignUK, welcome to the Quickbooks Community page, if you click on the invoice in question and then click on 1 payment top right-hand corner>click on the date>this will then open up the receive payment page, if you click on the box that says payment date it should allow you to enter in the date the payment was for> then click save and close bottom right.
