Invoices do not open for edit

When I try to edit an invoice the box to the right opens and I click green edit invoice and nothing happens?

To check for any potential browser issue that may be causing this, try pressing Ctrl + F5 when in QuickBooks to reload the site, or access via another web browser or private browsing window (you can open a private browsing window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + n in Google Chrome or MS Edge). If you continue to experience problems, please try clearing the cache and cookies to fully fix.
