Hello there, @williamgooding-h.

I appreciate you reaching out to us. I'm here to provide details on how you can fix invoices going to your customer's junk or spam folder.

To make sure that your customer gets important communications from Intuit service, your customer's email account needs to have the service-related email addresses set as "safe sender" or unblocked.

To solve this issue, let's add Intuit's service email addresses to your customer's list of accepted email senders.

Just locate the email from do_not_reply@intuit.com by searching through all of the folders, including spam and junk. Once you see one of the emails from Intuit, right-click the email, then select This is not spam or Not Junk

Moreover, you can visit this article to learn more about adding an approved email address for your customer's email provider: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

In case your customers aren't receiving the emails, you can configure the server to accept QuickBooks Online mail server hostnames and IP addresses. Follow the steps in Solution 3 of this article: 3 solutions for you when customers aren't receiving your emails.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding invoices. I'm always here to assist. Keep safe!
