Welcome to the Community, Dan.

I'm here to help you fix the issue when printing invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Before doing so, I would like to know if you are getting an error message when printing. It can help me provide an efficient resolution to the issue.

In the meantime, if your issue is there is no print icon in the preview screen, it can be a browser issue. Check the following reasons.

  • Newer versions of Google Chrome use a default .pdf plugin that doesn't have a print button.
  • If you’re using QuickBooks Online with Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11), you may not see a Print button when you try to print reports because IE 11 doesn't support native print at this time.

Here's how you can print in google Chrome using the newer version:

  1. Locate the invoice to print.
  2. Click the Print or Preview at the bottom.
  3. Right-click anywhere on the preview and select Print. Be sure you keep the original preview window open.
  4. After printing, return to the original preview window and select the Close button. (Note: If you don't use Close, the sales form won't show as printed and will remain on your list of forms which need to be printed.)

Refer to this article for the detailed steps: Why is the Print icon missing from my preview screen?
