Hi userpete3,

Thank you for doing some steps on your end to resolve the issue you have. I know how important it is to be able to create invoices. I'll help you get this sorted out. I just have a few questions though.

Are you receiving an error message when you create invoices?

Are you able to create other transactions?

Are you able to create invoices when you sign in to QuickBooks using a browser?

On the other hand, if you're receiving "Query processing error", please know that is a known issue on the QBO mobile app and is being resolved by our engineers. We suggest signing in to QBO using a mobile browser to create invoices or do other tasks.

The Community team is always available should you need further assistance with creating invoices in the web interface. I'm also sharing this article for your reference: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for the quick reply. This is just an app issue and all other function I use( saving customers, products etc) are working ok. When I save an invoice it just shows the saving box like it’s a poor connection (it’s not- everything else works quickly) so I close QuickBooks and reopen and the invoice is saved. I can then send it without any issues.
