Hello there, info1867. I understand that this needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

 

Currently, there's a reported issue with undelivered emails. Rest assured, our engineers are working on this to ensure that invoices are sent successfully out of QuickBooks Online. 

 

While our engineers are looking into this, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add your company details as one of the affected users. We'll provide an update once information is available. Here's how:

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue.

 

As a workaround, we can download the invoice as a PDF and send it manually using your personal email or direct email provider. Let me walk you through how we can download the invoice in PDF format.

 

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Click Print or Preview.
  3. Hit the Download button. Then, save it in your desktop folder.

 

Once done, we can now send it from your direct email.
