Question

Invoices top margins not accurately reflected on printing.

I'm having trouble getting my invoices to print at the correct margin distance stipulated in the template.

0.5 is the minimum distance.  This looks fine when you preview the template but when you create an invoice and preview or print it, the top margin is much greater than 0.5.

Any suggestions.

I'm new to Quickbooks and can't believe all the irritating bugs in the programme.

I'm having to create invoices in word at the moment which is double to work.  Not what I signed up for.

This is definitely not the type of experience the we want you to have when starting out with QuickBooks, Claire99.

I'll make it up to you by sharing steps that can resolve alignment issues when printing transactions.

Start by making sure that you're using an up-to-date supported browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari if you're on a Mac).

Then, follow the steps in this article to adjust the alignment depending on the browser that you're using: Print Sales Forms

Once done, print them again to check if the invoices are printing fine. Just in case you're still getting alignment issues, follow the steps in these articles:
