Invoicing and linking to PayPal

If I send invoices using quickbooks with a link to PayPal will it show as invoice paid in quickbooks or does this need to be done manually? If it needs to be manual is there a version of quickbooks that allows all this to be automatic?

We still have to manually record the payment within QuickBooks even though the Paypal is linked to your book. At this time, there isn't a version in QuickBooks that allows the payment to set up automatically.
