Invoicing emails not arriving

Anyone had any issues with invoices just completely not arriving since the last update? 

I reported it to a (human) help desk person but no response yet.

Hi Claire,

 

I want to ensure your customers can receive the emailed invoices.

 

Intuit uses its official email (quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.) when sending invoices to your customers. Because of the origin of the return email address, some email providers mark it as spam. Thus, I recommend having your customers check their junk mail and spam folders. And suggest to set up their emails and allow Intuit emails to go to their inbox.

 

You can have them follow the steps in this article for more details: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

 

However, if they're still unable to receive invoice email, you'll want to download invoices as PDF files. Then, send it to your customer using your personal email.
