Is anyone else having problems opening Bills from the receipts & Expenditure screens? It has been happening for the last couple of weeks but only in Edge - Chrome is ok.

Welcome, and thanks for sharing your concern, @swiltshire-patpr. We can work together and try these steps to isolate this issue of opening bills using Edge.

 

Microsoft Edge is one of the supported browsers in QuickBooks Online. Since you're encountering issues, I’d suggest logging into your account through an incognito window. This doesn't use the current cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser. 

 

To start, press the CTRL + Shift + P shortcut on your keyboard. From there, sign in to your account and open the bill again on the receipts & expenditures page. If it works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache

 

You’ll want to check the system requirements for QuickBooks Online to find out what computer and browser you need for the best experience. This contains the recommended operating systems and internet speeds.
