Is anyone else having trouble customising their invoices and uploading a logo?

I’d like to know more about the trouble you mentioned. Have you encountered any error while customizing invoices? We’re you unable to add a logo? I’d appreciate it if you add more details about this, so I can address your concern accurately.

 

I’ve replicated your concern on my test file and found out, it works fine. At times, too much cache stored in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the products. This can be the reason why you’re experiencing some issues.

 

To help narrow down this matter, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps that can resolve issues like this. You can use a private window or incognito mode to access your account. It won't use the data from the existing webpage cache so it’s a good spot to start. 

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • For Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, try to customise your invoice again and then add the logo. If this works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies to refresh the system. You can also switch to other browsers to see if the problem is with the one you're currently using.
