Question

Is anyone else not being able to select services and sales on invoices. Keeps coming up quantity is to large. Even with one?

Hello Maxine,

 

I reviewed our system, and we haven't received any related reports to your concern.

 

QuickBooks Online and your browser use cache to accelerate background processes. However, too much of it can also cause unexpected or unusual behaviors while using the program. We can do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues.

  1. Access your account using a private browser. It uses but doesn't store cache. Then, create the invoices again.
  2. If you can add the service items successfully, we can clear the cache of your regular browser.
  3. You can use other supported browsers, too. Each of them stores different cache-sets.

If the same thing happens, I'd recommend reporting it to our Customer Care Team. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner and select Contact us.
  2. Enter a brief detail of your concern and select Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to reach them (phone or chat).
