Question

Is anyone elses draft invoices disappearing or items disappearing when using the iphone app? I thought it was me but 100% happening. My app is up to date

I know it's important to view your draft invoices and items on your device, info1389. Rest assured that I've got the steps to resolve this.

 

To start, I'd suggest clearing the app's data. This refreshes the program and resolves some of the common issues in the program.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under General, select Storage.
  3. Select the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  4. Click Offload App.

 

Once done, restart your device. If you're still unable to see the invoice and the items, uninstall and reinstall the app.
