Is anyone having problems with customers not being able to open your invoices?

We received a similar report from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscribers about their customers unable to view/download sent invoices. 

 

While our engineers are still working to identify and fix the issue, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team. Tell them to link your company to INV-46528 so you'll receive updates via email.
