Question

Is anyone really struggling with the new invoice format on the app? And can it be changed back to how it was? I hate is it takes too long now and too many steps.

Hi Redskyrio, it's not possible to revert back to a previous version or layout on the app - we'd be grateful if you could share any feedback that you have by logging into QuickBooks via the web and navigating to the Cog Feedback. This way, your comments will be submitted directly to our developers for review. 🙂

Have done, but no response. It’s terrible now, twice  sad many clicks to raise an invoice, box too small, can’t see full invoice and it’s really slow, you end up clicking and clicking and nothing happens and then it suddenly jumps. Why would you swap an excellent invoicing app to a terrible one?
