Hello @Jan2310, thanks for reaching out to the Community space. I'm here to assist you with your inquiry about accessing multiple tabs in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, QBO supports opening multiple tabs simultaneously, which makes it easier to work on different tasks without having to close other tabs. For instance, you can have the bank reconciliation tab opened while browsing through transactions or suppliers in separate tabs within the program. To open QuickBooks in a new tab or window, you can either copy the current tab's link and paste it into a new one or right-click on the QuickBooks tab and choose the Duplicate option.

In addition, if you want to access reports in a new window tab during the reconciliation process or other task, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Right-click on the report title you like to access, then select Open link in the new tab.

Moreover, please remember to refresh (F5) each tab if you create transactions in the others. It's to ensure that the changes made are updated.
