Hi, @psellick8. I'll help you with removing the footer details from your estimates.

You can modify the estimate template to delete the bank details from the footer section. Let me show you how.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Custom Form Styles.
  3. Look for the estimate template from the Custom form styles window.
  4. Tap on Edit under Action.
  5. Select Content, then tap on the lower section of the PDF.
  6. Remove the bank details under the Add footer text box.
  7. Hit Done to record the changes.

Once done, your estimates will no longer contain the footer information.

For more tips about modifying your form templates, you can open this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

In case you want to upload or edit the logos from your sales forms, you can use this link as your reference: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.
