Is it possible to send a copy of my invoice via my normal email account as an attachment rather than through qb intuit?

    Yes, save the invoice as a pdf, switch to email and attach it

    This is not a solution for an automated system.  The vendor I supply requires a PDF attachment because an invoice request is rejected by their automated system without one.

     

    The suggested workaround is clumsy and importantly not the answer to the initial query.

    you might have received an answer more to the point, like

    in company settings under online delivery, check mark attach invoice as pdf
