Is it possible to set a default BCC email address for Sales Reciepts, I can do it for Invoices but cannot seem to do it for SR's!

Hi @robert-bennett,

 

What you said is correct. If you look back in the Account and Settings page, under the Sales tab, the option to add a default CC and BCC email are available for invoices.

 

If you switch to sales receipts, or any other sales form available on the drop-down menu, they don't have the CC and BCC email option. That explains why the feature you stated is possible for invoices but isn't on sales receipts. 

 

I appreciate you for pointing this out to us. I can see how this specific feature can be beneficial to our users. With that, we've taken note of this idea.
