Is QBs online having issues? I can't create any new expenses, invoices etc.?

• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the buttons work, let's switch back to the regular browser and clear its cache & historical data. It helps restore the default setup of the browser for you to start with a clean slate.
