Question

Is there a way of not having the + international sign on the company telephone number. Being a UK only trader I do not want this on my invoices ?

Hello there, @lorrstacey. We acknowledge the importance of meeting the specific needs of your business and are here to provide valuable insights and guidance regarding your concerns.

The plus sign is commonly used to indicate an international dialing code, signifying that the number can be reached from any location worldwide.

In the context of business communications, the plus sign before a telephone number serves as a universal symbol for international dialing, ensuring clarity and consistency when contacting individuals or companies across different regions. Even if your business operates solely in the UK, having the plus sign can be beneficial for any international customers or partners who may need to reach you.
