Is there a way of sending a receipt from QuickBooks?

Hi @craftycaths-outl,

 

I'll walk you through the steps you need to take to send a receipt from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

It becomes available as soon as you tag an invoice as Mark as paid.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Invoices menu.
  2. Locate the invoice in question.
  3. Press the drop-down menu under the Action column.
  4. Select Mark as paid.
  5. At this point, you can tap Send receipt as well, so you can let your customer know that their payment has been received.
