Is there a way to access the email on which an invoice was sent. I have a customer who said they haven't received it and want the original email details

I have resent the invoice but would just like the details of the original email sent

I'd like to impart some insights about handling sent invoices in QuickBooks Online, @wesley-weldon-in.

 

The option to retrieve the original email sent to you after issuing the invoice is currently unavailable in QuickBooks. As a workaround, I suggest going to the Account and settings and selecting the "Email me a copy" option. This way, you'll get a personal copy everytime you send an invoice.

 

Let me show you how to do it:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Go to Account and settings.
  3. Select the Sales tab and scroll down.
  4. Under Messages, put a checkmark on the Email me a copy at donotreply@intuit.com.
  5. Once ready, click Done.
