Is there a way to add different template emails for different types of invoices i.e. reminders, final demands etc?

Hello michelle27,

 

You can create as many templates as you would like, and so could create ones for different types of invoices and select the correct template when creating it. You can do this by going to the cog wheel and then Custom Form Styles. Once here, click New Style. Once you have created the templates you need, when creating the invoice you can then select 'customise' at the bottom of the screen to switch between them.
