Is there an app that integrates with Quickbooks that will track jobs from initial quotation to final completition and invoice, that records costs including labour

We're unable to suggest a specific app to use. However, there's a feature in QuickBooks Online where you can integrate with hundreds of apps. That said, I encourage you to go to the Apps center inside QuickBooks Online. From there, you're able to see different software to connect and help you track jobs from initial quotation to final completion and invoice that records costs including labor.

Here's how:

1. Click Apps in the left navigation menu.
2. Click the Browse Category drop-down menu, select Sync Data.
3. Select the app you want to integrate.
4. Click Get App Now and complete the following on-screen instructions.

Additionally, there's an option to create an Estimate in QuickBooks Online where you can give your customer a quote, bid, or proposal for work you plan to do.
