Is there any way of using 2 different invoices, 1 for normal customers and 1 for whom the reverse vat charges apply as I need to show different information on each?

The only way you can have 2 different invoice messages is by importing a invoice template in so it shows both messages and then just selecting in the customise on the invoice and selecting the template you want to us. If you try and change the message in the template in Qb it will change the message on all the templates so you need to import a one that has the other message in for you and use the qb one for the other message.
