Yes, we do have invoicing reminders in QuickBooks Online with the email message you can customize anytime.

Tracking unpaid invoices can be time-consuming. QuickBooks Online now has the ability to send a reminder for an overdue invoice directly from the Customer Card, with your own tailored default message.

The default message can be set from the Reminders section. Here's how to access the settings.

1. Use the Gear icon at the top-right section of your QuickBooks Online profile.
2. Choose Accounts and Settings.
3. Tap the Sales tab, then choose Reminders.
4. Click on Default email message for invoice reminders then add your company letter format.
5. This time, make sure to enable the Automatic invoice reminders slider.
   
6. Press Save then Done.
