Is this a bug? When we change a customer address and then go to reprint an invoice the customer name is missing from invoice

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

If you haven't taken the customer's name out then it should show for you. 

 

Can you clear your cache and cookies, close the browser down, reload it and log back in and see if that resolves your issue.
