Issues with CSV Invoice import - even when we copy and paste exact details from products and services it does not recognise product

Hello mike119,

 

The code <Item> must be used in the custom template format to map it with the products and services in QuickBooks. 

 

Let's go edit the MSWord for your invoice template then import it again. 

 

When you use this template, just click on the Customise button on the invoice. Then, select the invoice template.

 

If the items still won't show up, please reach out to our support team. We'll have it investigate and check what's the reason why it won't recognise the code. 

 

Please click on the Help icon and click on Contact us. Enter invoice template won't map in the topic field and click on Let's talk. Choose a way to reach us.
