QuickBooks Online (QBO) makes it easy to upload a logo to your invoices by going to the Custom Form styles menu. I'd be glad to guide you on how.

Before we begin, may I know if you encounter any error messages when attempting to add the logo to the form? Providing additional details is such a great help so I can give an accurate solution.

Also, when performing this task, below are the several reminders you need to consider to successfully upload a logo:

  • The logo should be a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • Size should be smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth
  • It must be square-shaped.
  • If the logo is CMKY-formatted, you'll have to convert it into an RGB image before uploading.

For more information, please visit this page: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.

If confirmed, that you meet the minimum requirements to add one and still having trouble performing the process, we can fix it by accessing your QBO account using an incognito mode. This may be a browser-related issue and this is the initial resolution to it.

The following are the keyboard shortcuts that you can use depending on your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, upload the logo again If you encounter no issues, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser to eliminate old and damaged data files to have a clean slate. If the same thing happens, you can use another supported browser or device. Maybe the current one you're working with has a temporary issue with QBO.

Customising your invoice forms is also a breeze in QBO. Doing this will further help you express your business identity. Simply go to the Gear icon and select the Custom Form styles feature.

I'm always willing to lend a hand just to make sure you can upload the logo in QBO. I'll keep an eye out for your response. Feel free to post below for any additional details or concerns. Have a great day ahead.
