June transactions are missing

Hello there, info-backontrack. Let me help you find your missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before doing so, I'd like to verify the name of the bank account that shows missing transactions. Any additional information will bring us closer to the resolution.

In the meantime, I suggest logging in to your bank's website to check for any messages, notifications, or alerts that require your attention. There are times when banks have system maintenance and server issues that can cause delays.

If everything is good, let's do some troubleshooting steps by manually updating your account to bring in transactions and refresh the connection between your bank and the program.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Transactions, then Bank transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for your linked account.
3. Click Update. 

Once the update finishes, check the For review tab to find the missing transaction.

If the transaction is still missing, you can manually upload a CSV file from your bank into QuickBooks. In case of duplicate transactions, you'll have to exclude them.

Once you obtain your latest available transactions, review and categorise them. Then, reconcile your accounts so they always match your monthly statements.
