I know how precious time is for you and the relevance of the invoice payments, Nkirk. Let me provide information so the payments are processed properly.

First, please ensure that the invoice includes all the required information, such as the currency (EUR for Spain), the correct amount, and a detailed description of the services provided. It's also important to verify that the banking details are accurate and contain all the necessary information for international transactions.

Furthermore, it's essential to ensure that both your bank and the receiving bank follow the same international payment protocols to minimize any delays in processing payments. I also suggest reaching out to the finance team of your client in Spain to seek clarification on the invoice and maintain regular communication with them until the payment is successfully processed.

For future reference, you can check this article to help you receive and record invoice payments: Record invoice payments.

If you have any concerns about the payments, please tag me in the comment section, Nkirk. I'll assist you in any way possible.
