Limit on nominal ledger transaction export to Excel?

I appreciate you writing your concerns here in the Community, @JFquick. I'll share some information about exporting files from QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online allows you to create reports to learn more about your company. If you'd like to use your reports outside of QuickBooks, you can export them to Excel.

Follow these steps for exporting reports from QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

If you discover missing data after the export method, simply click Enable Editing to see the entire report.

Moreover, there's no limitation of exporting reports from QuickBooks Online, as long as you have sufficient disk space and the feature stays active.
