Link transactions to quickbooks integrated invoices?

When i click the transaction I can add a receipt by browsing to a document on my PC

i can export it as a PDF and then add it but cant internally select it?

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I want to make sure I'm providing you with the right support to your question.

 

If you're trying to link the transactions with receipts to invoice, this isn't possible at the moment. You can only link the receipts to expense transactions.

 

However, if you're trying to link the receipts to the existing expense transaction, you can follow these steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu. If you're using an Android phone or tablet, click the menu icon, then Transactions.
  2. Locate and choose the transaction you want to attach the receipt to.
  3. Click browse or Attach receipt., 
  4. Select an image. 
  5. Select Save.

 

After you take a photo and upload images from your computer, QuickBooks scans the receipt and enters the details for you. It may take a few seconds.

For future reference, you may also use the receipt forwarding feature to email pictures of your receipts to QBSE.
