Logged in today says 6 transactions to sort. Click on it and not connected to bank. All customers gone. All figures gone.

Before we can proceed to resolve your concern, may I ask where your customers disappeared? Was it in the banking tab or transactions? Also, I'd like to know if you received a prompt when you clicked the transactions? Any additional information would greatly help me provide a suitable solution to get your concern sorted out.

HI, i am now on my laptop and its working although i am unfamilair with it this way as always use phone. My phone has wiped all customers, has no income or outgoings for this month, but its all fine on the laptop.

Hello Carlisleballons, can you try fully uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, once reinstalled log into your account and does the same thing still show or is the data now showing for you?
