Let's work together with some troubleshooting steps to get your data back into your QBO account. We can start by making sure you're using the correct sign-in info for your account and the connection issue. 

 

If everything is verified, you've used the correct sign-in info, and the internet connection is stable. The issue you encountered may be due to a browser cache-related issue that's causing the data to be lost. Your browser saves files to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it'll get outdated, which can cause errors and performance issues using the program. To fix this, we can perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Log in to your account in an incognito or private browser and see if you're able to access your data. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N

Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P

Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If it works on the private browser, go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then, see if it works. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
