I'll help you retrieve your missing invoices, @stalhamhandyman. 

 

I'd be happy to guide you through some troubleshooting procedures to locate your lost invoices in QuickBooks Online.

 

Let's run your Audit log report to check if there are any deleted invoices. Proceed with the following steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Audit log
  2. Click the Filter drop-down and pick the following: 

 

  • Users- All Users
  • Date- select specific dates
  • Events - Transactions

 

       3. Hit Apply and review the report. 

 

If deleted, I'd recommend re-entering the transactions. However, if nothing has been deleted, I recommend that you log in to your account through a private browser. This allows us to determine whether the issue is browser-related. Sometimes the browser is clogged with frequently accessed page resources, causing websites like QuickBooks to behave strangely.

 

You can use the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  • Control + Option + P (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

Once logged in, check your invoices to verify if it's performing well. If it's fixed, please return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache.
